Sourcing the unobtainable

In two moments, each paid to a different party:

• Our fee (€2,000): at the start of the process. It covers sourcing, inspection, negotiation and all paperwork through to Spanish registration.
• The car: only after we send you the inspection report (photos, video, electronic diagnostics and road test) and you approve it in writing. You pay the dealer in Dubai directly, by international transfer to their account. We never receive or hold the car's money.

Transport, export fees and Spanish taxes are paid as they're incurred, always against an invoice.

We answer for it. If the car arrives in Spain with a defect it already had and that the inspection should have caught:

We cover the repair cost for the engine, chassis or gearbox. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, and it doesn't include a refund of the vehicle's price.

If the car fails inspection (hidden damage, questionable mileage, accident history, mechanical faults or incomplete paperwork), we drop it and send you the documented reason. You pay nothing extra. We move to the next unit on your list and, if needed, source more options with the same criteria. We'd rather reject ten cars than bring you one that's bad.

Before you commit you get a closed quote for the landed cost in Spain, broken down line by line:

• Car price in Dubai
• Rocket fee: €2,000
• Export in Dubai (RTA, certificate and technical inspection): ~€500
• Container shipping Dubai–Spain: €2,000–2,500, depending on the sailing date
• Customs: 10% duty + 21% VAT
• Registration tax (based on CO₂ emissions), homologation, ITV and plates

60 to 75 days start to finish:

• Sourcing and selection: 1–2 weeks
• Inspection, purchase and export in Dubai: ~1 week
• Sea freight: ~30 days (with a tracking number to follow it live)
• Customs, homologation, ITV and plates: 2–4 weeks

Yes, and it's one of our best-performing cases. Before buying we run the numbers: landed cost in Spain against the real market price of comparable units, and the estimated net margin. We only propose models with strong demand and turnover. If you're a professional or dealer bringing volume, we have specific terms — write to us.

We don't disappear. You get:

• Mechanical warranty on the vehicle.
• Maintenance through our partner workshop network across Spain, at an agreed price.
• Direct support from your account manager for anything afterwards (insurance, ownership transfer, usage questions).

No. Some models can't be homologated in the EU, and others can but only with changes that eat into the savings (lights, emissions, top speed, safety systems). Before proposing a unit we check:

• Feasibility and cost of homologation in Spain
• GCC spec versus the European one
• History, VIN, and that it carries no outstanding liens
• Whether the final saving still beats buying it in Spain

If the numbers don't work, we tell you before charging you anything.

We have our own mechanical team and workshop in Dubai, so we inspect every car in person before you pay anything:

• Paperwork: VIN matches the car and its documents, no outstanding liens or debts, service and ownership history in order.
• Bodywork: panel-by-panel paint-depth measurement to catch resprays or repaired damage.
• Lift inspection: underbody, chassis, suspension, brakes and any leaks.
• Electronic diagnostics: full scan of control units, stored fault codes and a mileage check.
• Road test: engine, gearbox, transmission, steering and noises.
• Interior and equipment: everything the seller lists, checked item by item.

You get a report with photos, video and the full diagnostic. You decide from that.

In Dubai, the RTA (the official traffic authority) issues:

• Official export certificate
• Provisional insurance
• Export plates

On top of that: the purchase invoice, customs documentation and the Bill of Lading. In Spain we hand over the car with homologation, ITV, registration and Spanish plates. You get a digital copy of every document as soon as it's issued.

Yes, and we encourage it. We pick you up at the airport, take you to see the car with our mechanic and you test it yourself — and show you our facilities in Dubai while you're there.

If you'd rather not travel, the video report and a live video call from the dealer give you the same information without leaving home.

As soon as the car goes into its container, we send you the container number and the carrier's tracking link, so you can see where the ship is in real time. Your account manager also updates you at every milestone: leaving port, arriving at destination, customs clearance and the homologation appointment.
